Goofy Boy

He came into our lives 3 years ago today. My littlest one, my baby. I can’t believe he’s already this old and I can’t imagine life without him. He is my sweet little silly boy. He is talking so much now and makes me laugh everyday. He’s my snugglebug and my Honest Abe. Especially when he pats my tummy after I have too much to eat and asks, “You have baby?”. Ha!

If there is still anyone out there

Okay, so I never was a very faithful blogger....but this has been REALLY bad.

My oldest (5th grade) started in a public school this year (previously homeschooled) and my youngest is almost 3 years old. And I'm not pregnant like I was at this time last year. (if you're confused about that not adding up- read more here). So I'm finding I have a little more time on my hands. Hopefully this trend will continue!

I'm still homeschooling my 7 and 5 year old, but it's a lot easier than last year trying to do three kids at once with an active toddler and being pregnant.

To start things off, I will post some of my photography pictures that I did during my looooong absence.

Pentwater Pictures

We go camping at Pentwater’s state park that is right on the beach of Lake Michigan every year. This location happens to be closer to my oldest sister than where we live. So, she usually comes to visit and we do a little photo shoot with her kids on the beach. It’s fun….and usually very HOT! This year was no exception. Here is what we got:

A Beautiful Wedding

I was the photographer at one of my best friend’s wedding this summer. It was hot and a lot of work….but truly an honor to be able to photograph them. They are two of the sweetest people and a beautiful couple. She is a photographer too and a very creative person. We had fun!

It's December!

     I can't believe it's December already! This baby is due in 2 months! It's going to come quickly now. Especially with the busy season ahead of us. Anyone have their Christmas shopping done? Me neither. (if you answered yes, you're just weird!) But I have more of a head start than I've had any other year. Did you shop on Black Friday? I did. Not a good idea when grossly pregnant and have a terrible head cold.
     I was hoping to get my advent calendar box revamped and pictures posted, but looks like I'm a little late. Maybe I'll still try. It was a garage sale find and has a lot of potential. I just need to make it look like it belongs in our home. Pictures to come.
